Photographers dashing through might want to stop long enough to get a scenic shot of the Rocklyn Church or Christ Lutheran near town. Both are older structures and can be found surrounded by beautiful wheat fields during mid to late summer. Rocklyn Church, located southwest of Davenport, can be reached by turning south off Highway 2 about six miles west of town. Christ Lutheran Church is 22 miles north of Davenport on Highway 25 before
reaching Fort Spokane.
Only 25 miles north on Highway 25 travelers will run into Lake Roosevelt, which offers an array of recreational opportunities. Just north of there, across the bridge, is Two Rivers Casino, an attraction drawing visitors interested in trying their hand at a game of chance.
